Jack just wants to be loved for himself not his money as he got burned big time by the last woman and many others. His own mom was a gold digger and it hurt his dad to this day. Jack decides to try to date Jesse but not let her find out he has money.

So far kind of cute with single mom waitress thinking she needs to find a sugar daddy to marry. Problem is she is a nice, kind person and unless there is some love well this plan is not going to work out. Meanwhile she meets what she assume is a broke cowboy but she is done falling for broke losers so tells him repeatedly she won't go out with him. He is actually rich heir to the Morrison luxury hotel empire.
