Pros: historically interesting, the underlying plot ideas are good and the books not been boring!
Cons: spice isn’t very bad/long but it’s definitely more frequent than I enjoy. There’s lots of flipping between several characters , would have enjoyed one or two central ones to focus on. A lot of adultery undertones which (if you know me) is not my thing. Hard to enjoy.
