When we designed our first typewriter years ago, our research showed that stenographers often complained of headaches at the end of the day. Irritable bosses could not possibly be entirely at fault, and further study finally proved that the shiny black lacquer used on typewriters harshly reflected the overhead lights directly into the girls' eyes, causing eyestrain and headaches.

The best advice is parsimonious in words. One of the best books I have read. I would be doing it an injustice if i tried to write what i thought. You cant write/describe honesty, purity - the action itself will sully it.
for any person - good book to read.
