Inciting Incident: The moment when there is a murder crime at the golf course Theodore was accused of it. This impacted Theodore's life because now he is being accused and being chased by the police. He now has to find evidence that he's innocent and has to get a lawyer. That is why that one innocent probably changed Theodore's life.

It's like this because The main character Theodore Boone is a kid in middle school and there has been a murder scene and a lot other crimes going and the criminal is making it look like Theo is the criminal.
