I didn’t plan on reading this book. I had just finished a reread of ASOUE and curiously stumbled upon this series when I went searching for more answers to the original series. I played a sample of the audiobook just for fun but then I heard it was Liam Aiken, our original Klaus, I just knew I had to finish it. Maybe it’s just the nostalgia but his portrayal of young Snicket is something I never knew I needed.

and all I wanna do right now is read children’s literature so here we are.
