I already thought Zeus was a dick from the first novella, but now I absolutely despise him. He's so unbelievably horrible I could barely get through this story. Hera does some horrid things too, but they're all kinda flawed gods. I do see though that Nicholas is probably perfectly safe.

Listened to the free preview that came at the end of my copy of the Goddess Interrupted. Not sure how far that took me in this short story.
