Wow. Hayden has been through hell. I'm loving how Ms. Kates takes a simple formulaic book layout & turns out a beautifully engaging piece. Each book really is its own; the stakes get higher, the fights get dirtier, & the complexity is a nice side dish to the formula of the series. Most impressed. Now… I'm nearly at the climax. Let's see what twists await…

So far, so good. Looking forward to more of Joe Jr/aka Joseph's story! Hayden (main character in this book) Hasn't been too present in the previous 3 books. So far, she hasn't been fleshed out too much further In this book,yet, either.
