talk about the guy who had shot him and how he deals with it not and treis to relate to him

The author tells us the experiences he has had in the hospital and ties to see eye to eye with Marcus the guy that has shot him. He eventually tells us about how the hospital was and how depressing it had got for him and changed his life.

The book had me thinking about how the Authur is wtritting to the person who shot him on the back he doesn't know who this person is but he is pouring out his feelings to how he was shot.
