I'm just rushing to get this done. It's all just a paramilitary mission against supernatural beings. Meh.

Matt's become like a paranormal junior Green Beret. Yuk.

Not keen on the gung ho military part of Matt's job as a monster killer. I appreciate that the US military is involved in an international mission to hunt monsters, after all they are the largest and most heavily armed in the world. But I'm very leery about them treating a high school teenager as an adult soldier, regardless of how strong he's become.

Story goes right into the action. That's cool but I'm not really digging that Matt's turned into a covert ops soldier. At fifteen.

I am really hooked on this series. its just so good.

Oh come on, you're sixteen! It's not like you were going to marry the girl. This is good, maybe he'll find his own Julie. That'd be cool.

poor Matt :( he's been through so much and now this...oh man I really love these books. I am so connected to these characters, especially Matt's team!

Oh Lord Jesus here come the tears. Literally want to sob right now. This scene is hitting way too close to home....nothing will haunt me more than that 21 gun salute....

Schmitz's first name, that starts with a T, is the same as a PLL character!!!

He says "weak" and everybody flips. Surely there must be some cultural thing I'm not getting because I think they're totally overreacting.
