Oh my gosh, no. COME ON!! They used the description of a slender loris for the slow loris. The range of slow lorises is mentioned as southern India and Sri Lanka; nope, completely wrong, slow lorises do not live there at all, that's slender lorises. Also, any modern scientific paper will tell you that fruit is not a significant component of loris diets.

Um...so...I'm really not *trying* to spot these but the "slow loris" on this page is actually a slender loris. From one of his other books. In fact, I'm starting to notice a lot of familiar-looking pictures...
