This author is way too fond of exclamation points!!!!!!!!! It’s quite annoying!!!! 🙄

She and Katy had joked that the person in history they most wanted to meet was the person who invented the underwire; they wanted to say thank you! She lifted her arms above her head and her breasts magically lifted to where they were supposed to be. Perky!

OMG! This writing is so awkward. I wish I hadn’t spent so much $ on this. I kinda feel obligated to keep reading. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Another 2014 purchase that has been sitting unread. I actually purchased this in a box set with the whole series. It wasn’t cheap. I think I bought it thinking it was written by a different author with a similar name.

But how can I not, when the cover models appear younger than 40?!

If he graduated college @ 21, sold his first brownstone 5 years later, and that was 18 years ago, then he’s 44? Of course, that all assumes he graduated @ 21. 😁

Janie was “barely an adult” when she bore her twin sons Tyler & Adam. She claims to have grown up with them, and they’ve each got one more year before graduating from college. Is she about Matt’s age, then?

Awww ... Janie’s a widow. She had been with Robert for 23 years. Wow. Is she in her mid to late forties? Not used to reading about “mature” folks ... refreshing!
