Status Updates From Race from the Finish

Beautifully written and exciting ... the reader can almost feels John's enthusiasm for the race. He's living the unlived dreams of his father and his friend "Pop". While his mother is intensly unhappy with his racing, John "Powerhouse" Powers feels the calling and will stop at nothing to be a race champion!

Excellently written right from the start! I thought the opening was gripping, the story is compelling, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here. I love the tow-truck incident! This novel is great
