Status Updates From Writing Through Revelations...

Chapter titled "Out of Darkness: Recurring Dream" in which Duarte writes of personal issues and where the ideas came from for her stories in Fragile Night. Made me glad I had kept at least a small synopsis of the stories in my status updates of that book. Also reminded me of the darkness that has accompanied me through my continuing time of "grief before loss." Even the darkness is a time of transition and healing.

Picked this book because I have really enjoyed Duarte's short stories, many set in an area of Phoenix that is familiar to me. This book deals with what has inspired her and how her writing (and her life) has been shaped by dreams and inspirations.
