Status Updates From Cards on the Table

An interesting time so far. Not a lot to chew on, but breathlessly paced, and with a well-defined structure.

From the jump, one of Christie's more game-oriented books. It's right there in the title, baked into the card game motif. To compliment, the prose is light and to the point, lacking any of Hastings' usual warmth.
