NO. Girl is supposedly likeable now: she's a recovered addict. Imperfections, yo! Guy struggles with that, but lust overrides. Whew, dodged a bullet. Icky sort of "so hot" attraction between adolescents... er, mature adults. With "I am an awesome human" socially-respected jobs. That they are devoted too, because, yo, that's upright 'n' shit; they're changing the world fo' kids! Fo' kids! *rolls eyes* Not for me.

1. we've got grandiose-looking men, described frequently, thought of often in terms of how hot they are... in rumpled clothes, with duffle-bag-eyes. 2. we've got a girl whose description is a-fucking-nnoying: pale skin that never tans, thin body that never gains weight, but oh! she's short, so I'm invited to sympathize with her perceived social imperfections?
