Status Updates From The Forgotten Daughter

I liked the impromptu theater session between Aulus, Melissa and Chloe. It made me want to reread "Hippolytus."

Now it's starting to get a little of that "Heidi" vibe: the relish of the natural world, the young girl growing. Goats and cavorting help. ;) A little less "Heidi": the blood sacrifice of a sow at festival. Young Chloe traumatized anew!

One that has done time on my to-read list. A little too “look at my research,” and it adopts an archaic voice that may have been aping whatever translations the author had read from the Greek and Roman, but I’m enjoying it.

"I am an adult" I say as I giggle every time Chloe's mother is referred to as the Lesbian.
