Status Updates From Suleiman the Magnificent

So far, so good!

Though it contains a couple of factual errors, the narrative and referencing are done well. The editors should have done a bit more neater work; yet, it cannot overshadow the author’s compelling storytelling.

I’m a bit bored of reading about how many sailors Suleiman/Charles V stuffed into their galleys at this point.

I’m enjoying this. Slaps, as the kids say. Enjoying the Braudel references. A bit confused about the relationship between Suleiman and Shiism though.
