Christ almighty. Reading self-help books is hard enough. Admitting it? Ugh.
I’ve gotta admit that she’s onto something, though. Apparently the first half hurts, and the second half heals (or begins to - or tries to?). That.. tracks. I want to throw this book at the wall right now, but it’s only because it’s shoving such valuable insight into my stupid face.
