Just finished “Rage.” Wow. I haven’t read the introduction for “Why I was Richard Bachman” yet for fear of spoilers, but that was not the story I was expecting. Like Lord of the Flies meets Basketball Diaries. I very much understand why it has been delisted.

Now I take a break to read The Shining, Night Shift, and The Stand before returning for The Long Walk.
