Bailey has to be the most erratic PI-in-training that ever lived.

Jack's and Bailey's conversations are the only solid things in this story, so far.

I swear to god, Bailey is not fit to be a PI. She thinks stupid things and does even more stupid stuff. And this whole story is like....all over the place. There are police reports and other things that make no sense.

Ok, so she's reading Jack's novel, Old Topanga Road. I really wish there was some direction leading to these little snippets.
