Okay, this one is good! It's easier than spivak and a bit less proof oriented, but it's better than stewarts or Thomas calculus. (They are just so huge, why?).
The language is pretty much understandable without any yaddi yadda informal explanations. It's short and to the point. The exercises start easy and end hard.
