Status Updates From The Carpet Makers

Very intriguing. The whole concept of the carpet makers is unique and I'm curious to learn more about them, their work, and their purpose. And who or what is the chancelor? Does he really exist? Doubting him or his existance seems to be lethal. I'm really not sure yet where the story is going. So far, we aren't staying with any of the characters long and there are pretty big time jumps.

We are the only animals on earth that seek a life of defined purpose. And without it, we feel worthless.

When money is the trade, scarcity is found.
