DNF. Was looking for a book with themes similar to the scifi show Colony with alien occupation and human insurgents, but this book unfolded far too slowly to sustain my interest. The dialogue and inner thoughts of the first few chapters did little but hint at a male chauvinist attitude and domineering perspective in pages to come.
