This book by the title sounds like it might be more about raw veganism than not reading the Bible so literally. I want to give this first “course” a go, but I think ultimately this was be a DNF, not because it’s bad, but because it’s not for me. I would heartily recommend to the girl I was 2 decades ago who literally believed everything in the Bible was 100% accurate.

It mentions early on that allegedly only 10% (read that again) of all of Christendom actually have read or reads the bible. Usually , in my experience, it is these 90 % that are most vocal on why I am wrong about the bible, or are first to invoke the bible for support.
