not sure how i feel about a white man writing about his interpretation on buddhism but so far im enjoying it

KAMALA: Siddhartha begins to experience the world directly instead of seeing it as an illusion. He realizes he must learn from his own experiences, and after meeting Kamala, he enters the world of love, wealth, and pleasure. Kamala agrees to teach him, but first tells him he needs fine clothes, shoes, and money. Siddhartha uses his ability to think, wait, and fast to pursue his goals and begin a new life in the city.

AWAKENING: Siddhartha leaves the Buddha’s teachings and realizes that true wisdom cannot be found by following others, but by discovering and understanding oneself. He no longer sees the world as an illusion; instead, he accepts it as it is and chooses to find his own path through experience. With this awakening, he leaves his old identities behind and begins a completely new life on his own.
