She shares interviews & anecdotes of those that write fanfiction, dress up in Regency wear, attend gatherings, and have super imposed their own lifestyles, opinions, and perspectives on Austin‘s books. The book is both fascinating to read & immersive.

This year marks the 250 year anniversary of Jane Austen’s birth. So, I picked up this book about her fandom at the library to read. Wow! So intriguing already and I am only through the introduction.
