16b, and I started but did not finish 17a. I'm sorry, but the mat with the hole in it was just weird. I was sure I was imagining it wrong, but the Koren has a picture and it... looks like what I imagined... Ok then

I only did an amud today, 16a + a bit more. I had more difficulty keeping my attention on this one than the previous one, but there is something very satisfying about the parts that can be put in and pulled out. (This is about various partitions)

Also lol the "Rav Papa was conclusively refuted. The halacha follows him" part. (This is on 16b, which I started but didn't finish)

15ab. This was a very interesting daf. Partitions made of living beings one-upped by divorce decrees written on living beings. Also camel tetris.

14ab. Frustrated that people often mention this daf as "lol the Gemara says pi equals 3, how inaccurate" when here the whole section is about what kinds of *approximations* are acceptable for halachic purposes. Anyway, this was an interesting daf.

Did 13b and started but did not finish 14a. These had some really famous parts!

12b, 13a. Rashi (1040 - 1105 CE) invents Nietzsche's position (but doesn't like it).

Daf 12 was kind of a slog for me, but 13 is very interesting so far.

I am trying to move my Talmud study to mornings bc I do it while doing my PT exercises, which are very monotoneous, but I have to do them to maintain my mobility. But it is hard to muster the energy later in the day.

I did 12a today and started but haven't finished 12b. I honestly don't find this a very exciting daf, but I liked the parts involving water.

Finished 8b but did not finish 9a yet (it is close). I liked the discussions about taking the area under the crossbeam into account.

I did 8a today but didn't manage to finish 8b. I did get to the centipede though. (yes, there is a centipede.)

Pages 7ab today. I previously did the beginning and final third of this tractate, but not the middle. Now I am doing it very linearly.
