So far loving everything about this book. I just made the Rhubarb Streusel Tart, which was a tremendous hit. Only immediate error I found was the rhubarb Jam should have added water to the fruit and sugar before bringing to a boil. I also would have covered the tart edges more to keep from getting too brown.
I am looking forward to making so many more dishes from this book.
