Status Updates From The Kinfolk Table

The morning went faster and covered the Portland chapter too.
The food was more diverse but felt more homies as the people presented where friends of the magazine - editors, filmographers etc

Covered England - country side chapter. Food is more warm, more beans and bread and some veal! Loved the stories.

Got to read the chapter on Copenhagen and of course i liked it a bit more than the Brooklyn one.
Main points - more local, more vegetables, more family dinners, and outdoor ones. I liked the salad, the duck and rice Japanese style, the smorrebrod and lentil stew

Went over the Brooklyn chapter - really lovely people and stories, with diverse backgrounds, and some nice meals. Some a bit to basic (bread with feta, tomatoes and basil leaves) but nevertheless shareable at a small reunion with friends.
