Well. Now I know how to travel in Soviet Russia. Very applicable to my current existence.
(I picked this up for crafting and there is some info about making tzitzit, tefillin, candles, etc, but not as much as I would’ve hoped for. Interesting book all the same.)

I’m skipping around based on my interests but it really does cover a lot. Obviously outdated so many of the resources mentioned don’t work but the learning hasn’t changed and it’s really cool to learn about experiences in my communities 50 years ago.
