So far, this book has a few pet peeves...

For the love of God, poor Mia! Alex is literally telling everyone he knows that there is a witness to the murder. I guess no one cares that the murderer may find out as well and makes sure the witness is silenced?

Calling the Duke of Carrington "Lord Carrington" is really starting to bug me. The author does use the correct "Your Grace" sometimes so I don't know why it isn't all the time.

... I can't DNF a second book in two days. Oh god.
