I guess I've doing this long enough that most of this reads as pretty obvious so far. I think Rails conventions, especially the routing docs, really helped me develop some good habits.
The Advance API chapter is getting to some topics I've worked with but haven't really thought about more philosophically or in the abstract. Notifications, for example.
