Status Updates From Sword Play (Netheril #1)

I like the touch of romance added in, unusual for forgotten realms but much needed.

I'm still on the fence but I'm liking the characters more and the time period essentially being ancient faerun is intriguing in some areas

I'm liking it, but it hasn't grabbed me yet, it hasn't made me intrigued or made me care for anyone yet

I've always been somewhat intrigued by the netheril empire and their fall, both literally and figuratively, from grace. So I decided to read the trilogy that covers that era of faerun lore
