Status Updates From The Frontiersmen: A Narrative

So William Henry Harrison was kind of a badass. OK, sir.

Gentle readers, she indeed did not finish. She didn't even make it 15 pages because she got sidetracked on a mission to determine if the original owner of her house, Andrew McConnell January, was related to the Andrew McConnell running around with Simon Kenton in this county 250 years ago. Answer? Yes. He was his maternal grandfather. Carry on.

It's just a doorstop. I am determined to finish this in the next 24 hours.

Mason County proper enters the chat.

So I was firmly on the side of the indigenous people. Like all the way and was ugly crying at 7am on Sunday for Abraham and the other converts. But then like...maybe torturing random people in return is not cool and I was horrified and wanted to throw up. I know there's the whole don't start none wont be none, but maybe wholesale torture of anyone they come across who is white is not cool. Also Simon Girty....wtf

Like, still on the side of the Shawnees over here. Don't start none won't be none.

We've made it to Maysville (Limestone). Huzzah.
