Wallwork is so damn good with bringing a scene to a perfect moment. Here, he perfectly balances a man's heart condition (and the problems that a raised heart rate can cause) with the increased heart rate caused by sex. But it's not cheesy or gratuitous.

I have a rare heart disease that is going to kill me in less than a month.   My mother could be a paedophile, and my girlfriend is killing off every manic depressive and lonely old pensioner with a heart problem this side of town.   The only way I can get my head straight is to put a bullet through it.
