Poorly written and not engaging enough to finish.

This is difficult for me. I have to take frequent breaks so that my blood pressure doesn't go off the rails. Walker, through his ghost writer, says he could not negotiate by collective bargaining, but there is no record that he actually tried this. He appears to have a point of view that is immutable. And he is ambitious. He clearly thinks he deserves to be president.
