Confusing. Author talks about June being booked on the Orpheum Circuit, then, later, when Gordon joins them, says "he was determined to see June get on the more prestigious Orpheum circuit." Also repetitive; twice in two pages tells us that June did up to 35 numbers a day. Also writer's ecstatic interpretation of a short bit in a Harold Lloyd movie, and her insistence that June is better than Lloyd, is just weird.
