Jumped to some of the recipes. They use outlandish items like maca powder, hemp seeds, and carob powder. I'll be grocery shopping forever. What I really need is motivation and support.

No electronics an hour before bed, that'll be a hard one. My phone and kindle are attached to my hip! Drinking decaffeinated tea on the other hsnd will be easy. I love a good cup of chamomile tea before bed. It's so relaxing.

I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving! Happy to be back to reading. I love the 5th bullet point on page 89. This is not a diet, don't restrict yourself. Eat if your hungry. Just focus on eating healthy good foods.

I love the honesty in this book. It tells you straight out that you could or will feel like crap when first starting out with a raw food diet.

First thank you to Good Reads and Brad's Raw for this cook book and nutrition guide. I'm super excited to win and I'm huge fan of the Brad's brand. I adore the Brad's kale chips. I can't wait to read and review the book. Thanks again :)
