The question really is hw could Africa have millions of educated men and women,yet have to import experts in all fields to manage areas of economic development,engineering and others for which Africans had gone to the same school.
All this is due to the shallowness of our "education" a non-commitment to the study of knowledge for the benefit of the pip,rather than the study on hw we can make money without much effort

Hmm, obviously one cannot have a conversation about the economic progress or lack there of (according to the author) about the black race and negate the conversation about the history/legacy of colonialism and systemic racism and and and
