Excruciatingly cringey read. No one cares about biblical menstruation. Had to read this for book club and not only is it boring, it's beyond uncomfortable with blood, blood, placenta blood, more blood, interspecies erotica, more blood, babies having a "suck", more blood, and finally, a tie back to the bible. Gross.

omg this is an amazing book and i could not recommend more. i need to find more biblical historical fiction
