Really enjoying her breakdown of why a juice fast is healthy for our digestive system.
Oh, and detoxing is the process of removing toxins introduced from air pollution, foods we eat, medicines, and more along with several other methods to detox. She even covered herxing!

When I first started this book, I wasn't sure what she would tell me or that it would be accurate. Her writing style was curt and piece-y at first. After 50 pages in or so, it became much easier to follow. I look forward to reading more of it.
