Status Updates From Orde uit chaos

The first third of the book was mostly philosophical, providing a very stimulating and refreshing impulse. At the halfway point I've arrived at an exploration of the complex workings of far from equilibrium thermodynamic systems and I find myself having to constantly refresh my understanding of physics and chemistry on the side. I expect this second third to be a steep ascent to the summit.
