Very hard to follow along when taking breaks between chapters. Very easy to follow when reading straight through. Maybe not VERY easy but much smoother.
The pace is picking up quite steadily, lots of characters are being introduced and it’s hard to keep track but I think I’m doing alright. Some concepts which I thought were silly at the start have started to develop further and I can appreciate the creativity.

Jumpy but engaging. The book still feels quite unserious, but I am beginning to appreciate the authors writing style more. Although, I do find myself having to reread or skim several pages before beginning new chapters because it is just so scattered and jumpy— obviously intentionally but quite confusing.

Just now getting pretty good. Up until now I considered it lazy or unoriginal. The voice sounded young or inexperienced. But now the action is starting to build and the book is finding its footing.
