Status Updates From Nothing Personal: A Novel o...

While Wall-Street might not be my cup of tea, this is a novel with a good sense of priorities.

Scratch what I previously said, this IS a 1980s Wall-Street zeigeist piece, which is pretty cool AND infuriating (but for the right reasons). Offit introduces the mystery subtly and seemlessly though.

Very 19th century, so far. Long, detailed chapters. If I didn't already know it was a mystery, I could have believed it was a zeitgeist piece.

Meh.

There's mischief afoot.

Spilling coffee on my book gives it character. A future reader might wonder, "Who was this mysterious woman with poor reflexes?"
