Oops.... that should be mom not mum.

I have a love-dislike relationship with this series. I think the topics covered are interesting and the characters are sweet, but they are also VASTLY underdeveloped. I would brush this off as being the fault of novella-length works, but I have read some AMAZING shorts that were only a handful of pages and yet I felt I knew the characters inside and out. The conversation is a little thin, too. :(
