Status Updates From The Yoga Sutras for Children

I dont like the introduction. If I was a kid, I would not like how the author is talking about all the faults of our generation. This would not make me feel enthused about learning something new. We learn best not with shame or guilt.

But I am appreciating the information I am learning so far. Lots and lots of it.

The 'do it' sections are interesting.
