If you like a thrilling adventure set in the early 1800s as much as I do, this is the book for you. It is soooo good. I have to get back to reading it.

Allison Kohn is 21% done

This is a gripping story and I am having trouble putting it down to vegetate. I am so sick of stories based in Texas, but this is a well researched historical and is so well written that I changed my mind about stories written in Texas. The author is a gifted writer and a wonderful historian. Bless her for writing this.
