One way to break through the feeling of emotional suffocation is to go someplace high where you can have far-reaching view, such as the top of a mountain or a building. If the sky is very clear, sit with your back to the sun. Concentrate on the depth of the open sky without moving your eyes. Slowly exhale and experiences openness, vastness and voidness.
