Jodi McIsaac's imagination is astounding and boundless. It gives me a five star experience. Then she goes back to talking about "divination using cat intestines", which ruined a star in the first novel. Spelling "colour" without U is unCanadian. The big problem is nonstop danger. The toddler or relatives are always kidnapped or hiding. A quest for a stone is GREAT by itself! Villains always chasing them sucks.

Damm authors, "backwards" has an "S"!!!! Do not do cringing things in the first five pages!!!! Also, Canadians appreciate from our authors the nice change and guarantee that "COLOUR" will be spelled with a "U" and whatnot!
