A child claims his father hit the mother and shoved him one time and now they are helping them escape? That’s just so unrealistic.
DV is not ok in any aspect but the jump from allegation to basically witness protection is CRAZY. Feds, gps devices, burner phones, like what is happening rn.
Part of me wants to DNF but it’s becoming so unrealistic that idk if I can.
Also the transgender storyline 🙃 I cannot

The author just referred to kids who identify as animals are called FURRIES which is completely inaccurate.
Was the author watching too much Fox News while writing this?

Enjoying the story, but wondering what the goal is. The narration flips from the main character to multiple side characters which is a little annoying. I also can’t tell exactly what genre this is supposed to be.
